Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events occur occasionally. To be respectful and fair to all clients the following policies are honored:
24 Hour Advance Notice is Required For Cancelling An Appointment. This allows someone else in need to schedule an appointment. There is a $25 charge for cancellation without 24 hour notice unless cancellation is due to illness.
NO- Shows. Anyone who either forgets of consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a NO-Show. They will be charged $25 for the missed appointment.
Late Arrivals. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accomodate other appointments following yours. You will be charged for the full session scheduled. Depending upon how late you arrive your therapist will determine if there is adequete time to start a session. Please plan accordingly.
